Balancing Act

It has been said, been part of poetry, songs burned in memory but it is so so very true.
To live, to take in a breath each and every moment with purpose and with the mindset of how precious and on the edge of the abys we all exist. This does not mean a life of doom or negative futility. It’s is rather a perception of how fragile each second of every moment is to the next and how we must move through those gaps of time with genuine care, love, thoughtfulness and impact to others.
If for just a second, a place in history we don’t inhale fully with just cause and it just slip by, we have lost an opportunity of taking a closer step to truth and to connection. An instant we dismiss but frozen in a way that knows far too often there are no more second chances left and history will not repeat but march forward.
My pledge, my desire, my intent and drive will be to breath each moment as if to give it’s life saving life giving power away. How could it not be a more noble fate if the last breath in that final moment gave hope, a spring board to new possibilities.
