When we admit to ourselves, other human beings and our spiritual senses, the exact nature of our wrongs, then a person can, with this new found freedom of consciousness, delve into the damaged relationships – with himself and others – and one can begin to repair them openly, honestly and fearlessly.
The principles of spirituality is quite simple. It refers to nurturing the true selfhood at the core of all of us and getting back to the truth in ourselves and the meaning of our lives.

-Honesty
-Openness
-Willingness
When a person is open and honest in their communication and self reflections, then a willingness to be open to feedback and growth can occur.
